More information about fixed price packages

As the treatment needs vary from patient to patient, you will need to provide an up-to-date medical report or referral to be reviewed by the agreed consultant.

Our team will liaise with your named consultant to assess whether you are suitable for the package based on your medical history, including factors such as:

  • your age and suitability for procedure
  • your general state of health
  • any personal risk factors, such as smoking or excess weight
  • medical information including the nature and progression of the disease
  • results from diagnostic tests.

A complimentary consultation to review your medical report, and any test results you have, can be arranged. This will determine whether you are eligible for our fixed package price.

If further tests are required to verify the best course of treatment and your eligibility for the package, these tests are chargeable as a private patient and not included in the package price.

You will be advised if you do not qualify for a fixed price package due to the complexity of your case.

If the consultant does not think the package is suitable, then they will recommend bespoke treatment for your condition.

Options will be suggested to as to how to proceed with your care. Our team can offer you a bespoke package to meet your treatment needs.

As a self referrer you can contact the hospital directly and ask to be seen by one of our consultants. In this case, we would require:

    • details of your problem or condition
    • an up-to-date medical report
    • relevant details from your medical history
    • any relevant test results.

Or you can request a direct referral to one of our consultants by your doctor or treating hospital.

Your doctor or treating hospital can refer you directly to one of our consultants or to a member of the private patients customer service team. They will then put you in touch with the most appropriate consultant.

A complimentary consultation to review this report and any test results you have can be arranged. This will determine whether you are eligible for our fixed package price.

If further tests are required to verify the best course of treatment and your eligibility for the package, these tests are chargeable as a private patient and not included in the package price.

If the consultant does not think a fixed package is suitable, guidance will be given as to what treatment he/she recommends which is bespoke to your condition. Options will be suggested to as to how to proceed with your care.
